Padhai Mantra does not sell, rent, transfer, or hand over users' names, phone numbers, email addresses, or other personal information to partner colleges, universities, institutions, or any other third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Where a user wishes to apply for, register for, or obtain further information about an opportunity offered by a partner institution, the user may contact that institution directly, at the user's own choice.
Users may opt out of opportunity-related and promotional communications at any time by sending an email to Padhai Mantra's official email address:

The user should also state the registered name and the mobile number and/or email address to be removed.
Upon receipt of a valid request, Padhai Mantra shall, within seven (7) days, permanently remove the relevant contact details from all of its opportunity-related and promotional communication lists.
The user shall not be added to such lists again unless the user subsequently provides fresh consent.
Opting out shall not affect service-related communications necessary for an active course, enrollment, payment, or account.

Payment confirmations

Other communications necessary to provide the requested service
These communications may continue for as long as the user remains enrolled or holds an active account.
Records that Padhai Mantra is required to retain for accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory purposes, such as payment and enrollment records, shall continue to be retained in accordance with applicable law.
Such records shall not be used for opportunity-related or promotional communications.
Padhai Mantra employs reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information.
However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Personal information shall not be sold, rented, or traded.

Where a user is under eighteen (18) years of age, parental or legal guardian consent shall be deemed to have been provided upon registration, enrollment, purchase, or use of Padhai Mantra services.
The parent or legal guardian shall be deemed to have reviewed, understood, and accepted these Terms on behalf of the minor and shall be responsible for ensuring that the minor's use of the services complies with these Terms.

The consent described in this Section shall also extend to the communications described in Section 2.1 of this Privacy Policy.

For users under eighteen (18) years of age, Padhai Mantra may, at the time of registration, enrollment, or payment:
Request the name and contact details of the parent or legal guardian; and
Take reasonable steps to confirm such consent.
Where parental or guardian consent cannot be reasonably confirmed, or where a parent or legal guardian informs Padhai Mantra that such consent has not been given or has been withdrawn, Padhai Mantra may:
Stop sending opportunity-related and promotional communications to that minor; and
Take such other action as is appropriate under these Terms.
Padhai Mantra reserves the right to revise these Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time.
Updated versions may become effective upon publication through official communication channels or platforms designated by Padhai Mantra.
Continued use of the Platform or any Padhai Mantra service after such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

constitute the applicable understanding between the user and Padhai Mantra regarding the relevant services.
Where a specific service has additional terms, those terms shall apply together with these Terms to the extent they are not inconsistent.
By clicking "I Agree," "Enroll Now," "Purchase Course," "Register," "Join," or any similar button, by making a payment, completing registration, joining an official Padhai Mantra community, accessing a Padhai Mantra service, or otherwise using the Platform, I acknowledge and agree that:

✔ I voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms and the applicable policies and rules of Padhai Mantra Pvt. Ltd.

✔ I agree to receive class notifications, academic updates, and information about scholarships, admissions, and other educational opportunities from Padhai Mantra through SMS, phone, email, or other communication channels, and I understand that I may opt out of such non-essential communications at any time by emailing support@padhaimantra.com.
✔ I agree not to misuse, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or unauthorizedly exploit Padhai Mantra's content, materials, services, platforms, or intellectual property.
✔ I agree to comply with the rules and requirements applicable to Padhai Mantra's official communities, including official Discord servers and other authorized platforms.
✔ I understand that Padhai Mantra is not responsible for my independent activities, interactions, transactions, or participation on unauthorized third-party platforms, communities, institutions, groups, or services.
✔ If I am under eighteen (18) years of age, I confirm that my parent, legal guardian, or legally responsible person has reviewed, understood, and approved my registration, enrollment, payment, and use of Padhai Mantra's services and agrees to these Terms on my behalf.
✔ Where I am a parent or legal guardian providing consent on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I have the authority to provide such consent and accept these Terms on behalf of the minor.
✔ I understand that violation of these Terms may result in restriction, suspension, removal, termination of access, loss of privileges, and/or other appropriate action, subject to applicable law.
✔ I understand that Padhai Mantra reserves the right to take reasonable measures to protect its students, community, platforms, intellectual property, operations, and legitimate interests.
