Discord-based educational communities and related community services
Digital platforms, applications, websites, and technology-enabled learning services
Educational merchandise and academic products, where applicable
Sale and distribution of books, notes, study materials, educational resources, and related products
Educational consultancy, guidance, and support services, where applicable
Special academic programs, mentorship programs, and other educational initiatives
Any other educational, academic, technological, community, digital, or related service introduced or provided by Padhai Mantra from time to time
The Company may introduce, modify, discontinue, combine, restructure, or replace any service, program, product, community, platform, or feature based on academic, operational, technological, commercial, or other legitimate requirements.
All services and products are provided subject to these Terms and any additional terms specifically applicable to the relevant service or product.
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, making a payment, purchasing a product, accessing content, joining a Padhai Mantra community, including an official Discord server, or using any service provided by Padhai Mantra, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms.
You voluntarily agree to be legally bound by them.
You possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement or have obtained the necessary parental/guardian consent where required.
All information provided by you is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You agree to comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and the rules and policies communicated by Padhai Mantra.
Continued use of the Platform or any Padhai Mantra service after updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where the user is a minor, the parent, legal guardian, or legally responsible person providing or authorizing consent shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms on behalf of the minor.
Enrollment in any course, program, community, service, or purchase of any educational product is entirely voluntary.
Before purchasing or enrolling, users are expected to review the applicable course or product description, structure, duration, features, delivery method, pricing, access conditions, and other information made available by Padhai Mantra.
By enrolling or purchasing, you acknowledge that:
You have independently decided to purchase or enroll in the relevant service.
You understand that educational programs may have limitations, variations, and differences in teaching methodology.
Personal dissatisfaction, change of preference, change of academic plans, or subjective expectations shall not automatically constitute grounds for cancellation or refund, subject to the specific refund provisions contained in these Terms.
You have had a reasonable opportunity to review the information made available before making the purchase.
Users shall:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
Immediately report unauthorized account access.
Use their account only for their own authorized educational use.
Ensure that information provided for enrollment, payment, and access purposes is accurate.
Users shall not:
Share accounts.
Transfer course access.
Permit third parties to use their credentials.
Sell, rent, lend, exchange, or otherwise commercially exploit their account or access.
Attempt to obtain access to services or materials for which they are not authorized.
All activity occurring through an account may be deemed to have been conducted by the registered user, subject to applicable law.
The Platform and Padhai Mantra services are intended primarily for lawful educational, academic, community, and related purposes.
Users shall not:
Use the Platform or services for commercial purposes without written authorization.
Misrepresent affiliation with Padhai Mantra.
Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unethical conduct.
Attempt to bypass access restrictions or security mechanisms.
Circumvent enrollment, payment, role, subscription, or access-control systems.
Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical weaknesses for unauthorized benefit.
Interfere with the operation, security, integrity, or availability of any Padhai Mantra platform or service.
Engage in activities that may damage the reputation, security, operations, or legitimate interests of Padhai Mantra.
Engage in any activity that is against the internal policies, rules, procedures, guidelines, or operational requirements of the Company.
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access, removal from communities, cancellation of services, loss of privileges, and/or other appropriate action, subject to applicable law.
All content provided through the Platform, including but not limited to:
Videos
Live class recordings
Notes
PDFs
Books and study materials
Assessments
Question banks
Presentations
Graphics
Logos
Software
App and website content
Educational resources
Course materials
Community materials and resources
shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Padhai Mantra and/or its respective licensors, where applicable.
Users may not:
Record classes without authorization.
Screen-record content.
Copy materials beyond permitted personal educational use.
Reproduce content.
Distribute content.
Sell or commercially exploit content.
Upload content to third-party platforms.
Share course materials with non-enrolled persons.
Publish, redistribute, reproduce, modify, or otherwise exploit Company content without authorization.
Violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action, where applicable.
All fees shall be payable according to the applicable pricing published or communicated by Padhai Mantra.
Prices may differ depending on the course, program, duration, product, promotional offer, scholarship, discount, batch, or other applicable conditions.
Any applicable discount or promotional offer shall be subject to the specific conditions communicated by Padhai Mantra.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Padhai Mantra, refund requests shall only be considered if submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of enrollment/payment.
The following refund structure shall apply:
If a refund request is submitted within 24 hours of payment/enrollment, the user may be eligible for a 100% refund of the applicable course fee, subject to verification and any legally applicable exceptions.
If a refund request is submitted after 24 hours but within three (3) calendar days of payment/enrollment, the user may be eligible for a 50% refund of the applicable course fee.
If a refund request is submitted after 3 days but within seven (7) calendar days of payment/enrollment, the user may be eligible for a 30% refund of the applicable course fee.
No refund shall ordinarily be provided for requests submitted after seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment/enrollment.
The refund request must be submitted through the official communication channel designated by Padhai Mantra.
The applicable refund period shall be determined based on the date and time at which the refund request is officially received by Padhai Mantra.
Refund eligibility may also be subject to verification of payment, enrollment, account status, course access, and other relevant records.
Refunds shall not ordinarily be granted solely because:
A student chooses not to continue.
A student fails to attend classes.
A student changes educational institutions.
A student experiences scheduling conflicts.
A student partially completes the course.
A student is dissatisfied based solely on personal preference.
A student has accessed or substantially used the provided course, materials, or services, except where the applicable refund window and conditions above provide otherwise.
Padhai Mantra reserves the right to determine the appropriate refund method and processing mechanism, subject to applicable law and the applicable refund eligibility.
If Padhai Mantra permanently discontinues a purchased course (academic section only) and is unable to provide a reasonable alternative arrangement, replacement service, or continuation mechanism, the Company may determine an appropriate remedy, which may include:
A refund
Credit
Alternate course access
Another reasonable arrangement
Any claim relating to payment, enrollment, refund, discount, or transaction must be supported by reasonable proof, including:
Payment receipts
Transaction confirmations
Enrollment records
Relevant communication records
Other information reasonably required for verification
Students acknowledge that:
Class schedules may be modified.
Additional classes may be conducted when necessary.
Classes may be conducted on public holidays, festivals, weekends, or vacation periods.
Classes may be rescheduled due to operational, technical, academic, faculty, or other legitimate requirements.
Course content, faculty, teaching methodology, or class arrangements may be reasonably modified where necessary.
Padhai Mantra shall make reasonable efforts to communicate significant schedule or service changes through its official communication channels.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uninterrupted service:
Temporary outages may occur.
Third-party service failures may occur.
Internet connectivity issues may affect access.
Device compatibility limitations may exist.
Discord, payment gateways, hosting services, cloud services, communication platforms, or other third-party services may experience interruptions.
Technical maintenance, upgrades, security measures, or operational changes may temporarily affect availability.
Such circumstances shall not automatically constitute a breach of contract.
Users shall maintain respectful, lawful, and appropriate conduct across all Padhai Mantra platforms and communities, including official Discord servers and other authorized communication platforms.
Users shall not:
Harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, or abuse others.
Use hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, excessively offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Disrupt classes, sessions, events, or community activities.
Interfere with platform operations.
Upload malicious software or harmful files.
Engage in unauthorized access attempts.
Impersonate Padhai Mantra personnel, faculty, moderators, administrators, or other users.
Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or bypass moderation or access-control systems.
Share unauthorized links, advertisements, promotions, or external community invitations.
Promote or advertise any third-party Discord community, server, group, institution, organization, brand, service, course, or other entity without the prior approval of a member of the Administration of Padhai Mantra.
Use Padhai Mantra communities for unauthorized recruitment, solicitation, advertising, fundraising, promotion, or commercial activity.
Engage in any conduct that violates the internal policies, rules, procedures, or reasonable directions of Padhai Mantra.
Violations may result in:
Warning
Restriction
Removal of content
Temporary suspension
Removal from a community
Termination of access
Other appropriate action
Such action may be taken with or without refund, depending upon the nature and circumstances of the violation and subject to the applicable decision of Padhai Mantra.
Padhai Mantra may operate or authorize specific official platforms, communities, servers, groups, and communication channels for educational and operational purposes.
Students may independently participate in other Discord servers, online communities, social media groups, messaging groups, institutions, organizations, platforms, websites, or other third-party services.
However, Padhai Mantra shall not be responsible for activities, interactions, communications, transactions, content, disputes, losses, damages, misconduct, or incidents arising from a student's independent participation in any unauthorized or third-party platform, server, group, institution, organization, community, or service that is not officially operated, authorized, or directly controlled by Padhai Mantra.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Other Discord servers
Third-party Discord communities
WhatsApp or messaging groups
Social media communities
Other educational institutions
Private organizations or groups
Third-party websites or applications
Independent student communities
External courses, services, or platforms
If a student independently joins, participates in, communicates through, or conducts any activity on such external platforms, the student does so at their own discretion and responsibility.
Where an incident occurs within an official Padhai Mantra server, group, platform, or authorized community, Padhai Mantra may take reasonable responsibility and appropriate action to the extent reasonably within its control, authority, and knowledge.
However, Padhai Mantra shall not be responsible for actions, communications, disputes, misconduct, transactions, or consequences occurring outside its authorized and reasonably controlled platforms.
The mere presence of Padhai Mantra students, faculty, moderators, or other associated individuals in a third-party community shall not, by itself, make Padhai Mantra responsible for that community or its activities.
Where appropriate, Padhai Mantra may assist, report, restrict access, investigate, or take other reasonable action concerning an external incident where such action is legally permissible and reasonably connected to the safety, security, or legitimate interests of the Company or its community.
Padhai Mantra provides educational support and resources.
However, the Company does not guarantee:
Examination results
Grades
Scholarships
Academic rankings
Admissions
Employment outcomes
Any particular academic result or achievement
Academic performance depends upon individual effort, participation, preparation, external circumstances, institutional requirements, and other factors beyond the Company's control.
Padhai Mantra may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access to any service, account, course, community, Discord server, platform, or other facility where:
These Terms are violated.
Fraudulent activity is detected.
Unauthorized content sharing occurs.
Platform misuse occurs.
Unauthorized access or attempted circumvention is detected.
A user engages in serious misconduct.
A user threatens the safety, security, integrity, or legitimate interests of the Company or its community.
Continued access creates a reasonable operational, security, legal, or reputational concern.
Where reasonably practicable, notice may be provided.
However, immediate action may be taken where necessary for:
Security
Legal compliance
Protection of users
Protection of the Platform
Prevention of misuse
Protection of the legitimate interests of Padhai Mantra
Depending on the circumstances, termination or suspension resulting from a user's violation of these Terms may result in loss of access without refund, subject to applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of Nepal:
Padhai Mantra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or unforeseeable damages arising from the use of the Platform or services.
Padhai Mantra shall not be responsible for losses arising primarily from:
User misconduct or misuse.
Unauthorized sharing of account credentials.
Third-party platforms or services.
External Discord communities or groups.
Internet or connectivity failures.
Device or software limitations.
Unauthorized actions of third parties.
Events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Padhai Mantra shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Government actions
Public emergencies
Internet outages
Strikes
Pandemics
Infrastructure failures
Third-party platform outages
Major technical failures
Cybersecurity incidents beyond reasonable control
Other circumstances reasonably beyond the Company's control
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal, subject to applicable law.
